Shipping Times & Details
Buffalo Kids Co. is a ready to ship handmade children’s brand. So all orders will ship within 2 to 3 days of payment processing!
At checkout, you can select USPS First Class or Priority mail for delivery. The following are estimated domestic ship times:
- First Class : 3-10 Business Days
- Priority : 1-3 Business Days
International orders may incur additional fees which are the responsibility of the purchaser. We are legally not allowed to cover these costs or offer discounts to make up for them.
Wash your products in cold water using phosphate free detergent. Dry on cool or warm settings. Do not bleach. Iron warm inside out.
If you purchased an organic cotton item, we recommend air drying to help reduce shrinking and fading.
Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations
Because we are a small business and make each item by hand, we do not currently accept returns. If an error arises, please email firstname.lastname@example.org and we will work with you to fix it!
We do accept exchanges within 14 days of delivery. Customers are responsible for shipping costs on exchanges. You must e-mail us before sending the product back, and it must be in the original condition (unwashed and unworn). We inspect all orders before processing exchanges. If product is damaged, washed, stained, has odors, or is not in original shipped condition, it will be shipped back to you without an exchange.
Cancellations are allowed within 12 hours of placing an order, or before the item is shipped (whichever comes first). Due to our fast turnaround times we may not always be able to cancel an order.
Lost or Stolen Items
Buffalo Kids Co. is not liable for items once they are shipped. If your order has been delayed or lost, please contact your local Post Office with the tracking information. Insurance is available at an extra fee if you contact us before placing an order.
If shipping information was incorrectly entered, resulting in a returned product, the customer will be responsible for additional shipping charges.
As with all handmade items, pattern placement will vary with each unique item you purchase. This means that the listing photo you see is not an exact depiction of your item.
We occasionally offer sales through our newsletter and social media outlets! Sales prices cannot be honored after an order has been placed. If a code has been entered incorrectly or is being used before or after the sale window, the discount will not be applied.
